PVC Single pipe/Two pipe/Four pipe & Core-layer Foamed Pipe Extrusion Line

PVC Pipe Extrusion Line is mainly used to produce all kinds of PVC pipe, the PVC pipes are used for water supply and drainage of agriculture and construction, cable laying etc. The line consists of high efficiency conical twin screw extruder, pipe mould, vacuum calibration tank, spraying water cooling tank, haul-off machine ,planetary cutting machine and pipe stack unit. The haul-off machine has two caterpillars, three caterpillars, four caterpillars, six caterpillars, eight caterpillars and so on. The cutting way has saw blade cutting and planet cutting. The cutting machine can be equipped with automatically measuring meter.

According to the requirement of the clients, our company can equip some components for this line, then the line can produce the manufacture of the (U&PVC) silencing drain pipe with Hollow Wall inner Spiral-ribbing and the PVC-U pipes with foaming core.

Spiral drain pipe UPVC has a series of advantage, Such as eliminating noise, improving flow, enhancing stiffness and simplifying installation, and widely used in construction drainage, particularly for residence construction.
