HDPE Large Diameter Hollow Wall Winding Pipe Production line is specially designed by our company for drainage. The line adopts two-step forming technology. firstly, the first extruder produces profile(rectangular or square pipe), then the profile is winded by winding forming unit and the two neighbouring profiles are firmly bonded with the hot-melting PE glue after the PE glue is pressed on the rectangular pipe , the winding pipe is completed. In addition, this line can produce metal-reinforced winding pipe by changing some parts.
HDPE Large diameter hollow wall pipe has high ring stiffness, high brunt intensity and low weight for its unique “工”structure , so it has many advantages, such as good creep deformation resistance, outer pressure resistance, erosion resistance (such as acid, alkali and salt etc.), long life (50years),no pollution and so on. It has been widely used for sewerage and drainage in city, it will replace the cement pipe, cast iron pipe and other pipes. The advantage of low assembly cost, easy connection and economical construction can ensure that the pipe has wide foreground and market potential.
