Single layer/Multilayer Composite Board/Sheet Extrusion Line

HDPE/PP/ABS/HIPS/PS/PET/PMMA/PC board/sheet can be produced by the line which is equipped with different machine component.,It has been used in chemical industry, electric power industry, Building materials, food industry, Home appliance, electronics, packaging, medical field etc.  PE board has used in the wall of the skiing field. Extrusion system: adopts the special structure screw and feeding bush, high efficient gear reducer and PLC control system, this can ensure that material can be completely plasticized and extruded stably.

Board/sheet Mould: the design of the clothes-rack shape and reasonable Compression ratio can ensure that material flow is stable and uniform. The design of double throttling is helpful to adjust the thickness.

Three-roll calendar: Vertical three-roll, oblique three-roll, horizontal three-roll; every roll has the separate runner structure of the control of water temperature , it can help the roller temperature is evenly distributed.

   The line can produce multi-layers composite sheet by increasing or reducing component, this can meet the different requirement.
