PEXa Pipe Production Line adopts a plunger extruder for double-pipe extrusion, lower noise and no vibration. The line includes plunger extruder, mould, cooling unit and pipe winder.

The motor and reducer of PEXa pipe line adopt the famous brand, the inverter of haul-off unit is the imported frequency regulator for the high precision and stable pulling speed.

     The PEXA pipe Production line adopts the famous length measuring unit, and is equipped with sound and light alarm for the precision measuring.

PEXB/PERT Floor Heating Pipe Production Line

       PEXb/PERT Pipe Production Line includes Single screw extruder ,Extrusion mould, Vacuum calibrating water tank, Cooling water tank, Printing machine, Haul-off unit,Cutting unit and Winder.

      The screw of PEXb extruder is specially designed by QINGDAO BEST MACINERY EQUIPMENT CO.,LTD, it realize the stability and good plasticizing for high speed extrusion.

      Calibrator: the calibrator of pexb pipe is specially designed with multi-water bath and double water rings. It can realize the even and high effective calibrating-cooling effects.

     Haul-off unit: The machine adopts multi-roller clamping type belt, with the high-stable pulling speed. It completely overcomes the vibration or slipping problem of rubber block haul-off unit.

     PLC Control System: The PEXb pipe extrusion line adopts the SIEMENS PLC control system which ensures the synchronous control and reliable operation of the whole line.
